Our WinesWe only sell wine that we have made ourselves from the grapes we have grown in our vineyards. We use minimal amounts of sulphur in the winery, less than half that allowed for organic vinification, and rely on high-quality grapes, cleanliness and inert gases to protect the wines from oxidation and microbes. Wine ListMuscat of Alexandria is a dry white wine with grapefruit aromas and a refreshing palate of tropical fruit flavours. One Block Muscat is a dry, aromatic white wine with characters of white blossom and limes and a long creamy palate. One Block Grenache is a fruity yet complex red with flavours of blackberries and dark chocolate.Treloar Muscat de Rivesaltes is a late-harvested, sweet aperitif and dessert wine. It has a beautiful floral aroma and a rich honeyed palate. Three Peaks, Cotes du Roussillon is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre with a light touch of oak from partial ageing in barriques. The Mourvedre is noticeable in the aroma of leather. It clearly shows the terroir of the Aspres in it's refreshing fruit character and medium body. It is enjoyable now, when left to breathe, but will reward you more if kept for up to seven years. Le Secret, Cotes du Roussillon is a Syrah-based wine with more oak ageing than the Three Peaks and a more intense blackberry fruit aroma and a hint of camp-fire. On the palate it is very well balanced but benefits from decanting or leaving open for 2 hours to 3 days! The flavour is then complex with lovely dark berry fruit, cigars and charred wood. I advise storing it for up to 8 years to get the most out of the wine. TAHI (tar-hee) is our top wine. It is made from the best parcels of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre grapes and aged for 12 months in a French oak barriques. There is toasty oak and roast coffee on the nose, perfectly balaced by the spicy fruit aromas. It is a very well balanced yet complex wine, which will benefit from cellaring between 2 to 10 years.
