Below are descriptions of all the wines that we have made since 2006. Some of them are no longer available. Please see the relevant Order page to see what is available in each country.

We only make around 36 000 bottles a year and some wines are made in tiny quantities so therefore sell out very quickly. We will store wines for you at the winery if you place your order in advance.

White Wines

Muscat of Alexandria €5,00: Crisp dry white wine made from Muscat d'Alexandrie with aromas of wild herbs (mint) and elderflower and a refreshing palate of grapefruit. Great with Thai and Malasian dishes.

One Block Muscat €6,60: One Block is so named because living one block from the World Trade Center on 9/11/01 was the catalyst that caused us to change our lives. Dry, aromatic white wine made from 100% Muscat a Petits Grains. It has aromas of white blossom and limes and a long silky palate with peach flavours and a mineral edge.

La Terre Promise €10,00: Named after a Bruce Springteen song. A barrel-fermented wine made from Macabeu (Viura), Grenache gris and Carignan blanc. It has a complex nose of quince, buttered toast and banana. The palate combines flavours of pears and citrus. Only 900 bottles are made each year.

Muscat de Rivesaltes €8,50: A late-harvested, fortified sweet aperitif and/or dessert wine. It has a beautiful floral aroma and a rich honeyed palate with dried fruits and nuts.

Rosé Wines

The Rose of Treloar €5,55: Made from 100% Syrah, this off-dry, fruity wine is made for easy-drinking with friends in the sun. I don't believe in complicated Rosé!

Red Wines

Le Ciel Vide €5,55: Named after a Bruce Springsteen song about September 11th, this unoaked red is made from Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre and Carignan. It is the most approachable of all our red wines with crunchy forest fruits and an earthy, smoky character from the Aspres terroir. Drinkable upon release for up to 5 years.

One Block (Grenache) €7,50: A Grenache-based Cotes du Roussillon aged in used French barriques for 12 months. It has aromas of raspberry and caramel. A deep and complex wine, with flavours of ripe berry fruits, liquorice, fennel and dark chocolate. Drink between 1 and 5 years after vintage.

Three Peaks €8,50: A blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre with a light touch of oak from partial ageing in barriques. The Mourvedre is noticeable in the aroma of leather. It clearly shows the terroir of the Aspres in it's refreshing fruit character and medium body. It is ready for drinking 2 years after vintage, when left to breathe, but will reward you more if kept for up to seven years.

Le Secret €12,00: A Syrah-based wine with more oak ageing than the Three Peaks and a more intense blackberry fruit aroma and a hint of camp-fire. On the palate it is very well balanced but benefits from decanting or leaving open for a couple of hours. The flavour is then complex with lovely dark berry fruit, cigars and charred wood. I advise storing it for up to 8 years to get the most out of the wine.

Motus €12,00: A Mourvedre-dominated red wine aged in oak barrels for 2 years. It has a distinctive leathery, almost animal, aroma, great fruit concentration, structure and aging potential for a further 10 years. Probably our most popular wine among wine-afficianados.

TAHI €17,00: Our top wine. Tahi is the Maori word for "1". It is made from the best parcels of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre grapes and aged for 12 months in French oak barriques. I then select only the barrels which make the most harmonious combination. There is toasty oak and roast coffee on the nose, perfectly balaced by the spicy fruit aromas. It is a very well balanced yet complex wine, which will benefit from cellaring for up to 10 years.
