2018 AOC Côtes du Roussillon Villages
(Syrah 80%, Mourvedre 20%)
 
Powerful and dark with aromas of roast coffee, chocolate cake, blackberries and violets. Goes well with most red meat dishes as well as cheese and even spicy middle-eastern food. This is a special wine that rewards decanting and will improve with time over the next 10 years. 
 
Style: Epicé avec un arôme de sang, épices et cassis. Complexe, riche et très long en bouche. Elevé en fût de chêne francais pendant 24 mois.A boire jusqu'a 2030.
