2021 AOP Cotes du Roussillon rouge
 
A blend of wines aged in both oak barrels and tank to produce a great every-day red. The nose has very attractive spice, berry fruits and roast coffee. The palate is surprisingly refreshing for a Roussillon red, with good acidity making it a great food wine to match with most meat dishes, cheese platters or tomato-based pasta sauces. 

Vin rouge fruité et corsé avec un bel équilibre. Un grand vin pour tous les jours.

Syrah 65%, Mourvedre 20%, Grenache 15%
Fermentation traditionelle. Elevage 36 mois en cuve inox et futs de chene.
