2022 AOP Cotes du Roussillon rouge
 
A blend of Mourvedre and Grenache with no noticeable oak characters. The nose has very attractive wild herbs and berry fruits and The palate is pleasurably light for a Roussillon red, with good acidity making it a great food wine to match with most meat dishes, cheese platters or tomato-based pasta sauces. 

Vin rouge aromatique, fruité et avec un bel équilibre. Un bon vin pour tous les jours.

Mourvedre 70%, Grenache 30%
Fermentation traditionelle. Elevage 36 mois en cuve inox.
