This 100% Carignan was made by partial maceration carbonique method and aged in used barrels for 9 months. It's a very fresh and perfumed wine that combines soft tannins with deep complexity, making it a perfect red wine for summer. Goes well with white meat, white fish, charcuterie and lighter cheeses. 

Serve slightly chilled.
