Service Description

During this experience, you will be presented with at least 6 of our craft wines from older vintages and a platter of selected French cheeses, local olive oil, and bread from our village boulangerie. This is generally enough for lunch. I will guide you through the tasting. You will learn how the grape varieties and blend influence the wine. You will learn how red wine changes as it ages and how each wine works best with certain cheeses. It's an intimate, entertaining and memorable way to learn about our wines and how to match cheese and wine. Parking is available in the winery courtyard.
