Service Description

Learn the fundamentals of wine blending and take part in a practical workshop using your tasting skills to create a unique and harmonious blend. After a short lesson / refresher on tasting, we will work in small groups to craft a blend from several different red wines currently in our cellar in tank and barrel. The blend judged to be the best will become our next "Running Pigs".
