It is recognised as one of the most subtle and elegant dry Muscats in the region. It has subtle aromas of elderflowers and grapefruit. The palate is of citrus fruits with nice density and above all a very smooth texture.

Planete Rose compressed.jpg

Planete Rose

Our rosé is made from Mourvedre, the grape of Bandol. It was hand picked, direct pressed and cool-fermented to give a serious wine for those bored with bland pale rosés.

It has ripe red fruits hints of undergrowth on the nose. In the mouth the berry-fruit continues with a little spice. A great accompaniment to classy tapas.

Jancis Robinson 16.5 points.

Tahi new

Tahi

Tahi is the Maori word for "one". It is made from best parcels of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre on Le Roubau, a rare limestone hillside, and aged for 12 months in French oak barriques. I then select only the barrels which make the most harmonious combination.

There is toasty oak and roast coffee on the nose, perfectly balanced by the spicy fruit aromas. It is a very well balanced yet complex wine, which will benefit from cellaring for up to 10 years.
